1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

In Short: By using TrafficPanel.broker, you agree to comply with these Terms.

By registering or placing an order on TrafficPanel.broker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

Use of our Services also constitutes your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

2. CHANGES TO TERMS

In Short: We may change these Terms without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically before placing an order or using our Services. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. SERVICE DELIVERY

In Short: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

• No Guaranteed Delivery Time: TrafficPanel.broker does not guarantee exact delivery times for any services. Timeframes provided are estimates only.
• No Refunds for Delays: Orders that are still processing cannot be refunded due to delivery delays.
• Best Effort Basis: We strive to deliver what is expected by our users and resellers to the best of our ability.
• Traffic Performance: Traffic is delivered in a non-stop pattern and depends on your site’s performance and loading time.

4. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

In Short: We may close inactive or abusive accounts.

• Accounts without any orders or deposits for over six (6) months may be terminated without notice.
• Accounts with available balances will not be terminated.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for spamming, fraud, abuse, or other violations of these Terms.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

In Short: Abusive or prohibited use is not tolerated.

You agree not to use TrafficPanel.broker for:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes
• Promoting spam or misleading content
• Violating third-party terms, including AdSense, CPA, or ad network rules

Use of POP-Ads and Redirection methods is part of our traffic model.
By using our Services with AdSense or CPA Networks, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved.

We do not support or refund orders related to Ad.fly, Adfoc.us, or similar PTP services.

6. TRADEMARKS

In Short: Our trademarks are protected.

The following are registered trademarks of TrafficPanel.broker:

• RST™ – Real Social Traffic
• AWV™ – Automated Website Visits
• CLV™ – Custom Live Visits

Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

7. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

In Short: We are not responsible for damages or server issues.

• Our Services are provided “As-Is” without warranties or guarantees.
• WebTraffic.app is not responsible for damages to your business, website, or hosting provider.
• Before ordering, ensure that your hosting plan can handle the ordered traffic volume.
• We are not responsible if your hosting provider cannot handle the load.

No refunds or restarts will be provided for such cases.

8. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

In Short: You use our Services at your own risk.

• TrafficPanel.broker shall not be held liable for any account suspensions, bans, or penalties from Ad Networks such as Google AdSense or other third-party programs.
• You acknowledge that you fully understand the risks associated with using our Services.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of our Services.

9. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

In Short: Earn commissions responsibly.

• Affiliates receive 3% commission for each completed deposit made by referred customers.
• Commissions are only valid for new, unique customers.
• Re-registrations, fraudulent referrals, or other violations will result in account suspension.

10. REFUND POLICY

In Short: Deposits and balances are final.

• All deposits are final — balance funds are non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be issued as panel credit if an order is non-deliverable or partially delivered.
• No refunds for:
  Misplaced links or unreachable URLs
  Under-delivery due to your server issues
  Orders already processing or completed
• Once a payment is completed, you agree not to file disputes or chargebacks.
• Refund credits, if applicable, will appear in your TrafficPanel.broker balance only.

Note: Orders are processed instantly through 100+ ad networks. Once initiated, they cannot be stopped, changed, or refunded.

11. RISK DISCLOSURE

In Short: You assume all responsibility for risks.

By using WebTraffic.app Services, you acknowledge:

• We use POP-Ads, redirects, and automated delivery systems.
• You accept the potential risks associated with using these services alongside AdSense or CPA platforms.
• We are not responsible for losses, bans, or financial repercussions resulting from such use.
